HE 5711 - Valve Control Unit - 8 Valves

* 8 valve outputs 24 V DC / max. 1 A
* 2 modes: permanent- or full cycle cleaning

The valve control unit HE 5711 with micro- processor is used for pulse activation of solenoid valves in industrial dust filter control systems.

Build in functions:
- Valve number, adjustment of number of valves 1 - 8 with rotary code
switch
- Permanent cleaning, adjustment of pulse- and pause time per potentiometer
- Cycle cleaning, adjustment of full cycles 1 - 10 with rotary code switch
- Start push-button, the adjusted cleaning cyles are excecuted
- Test push-button, the next valve will be activated

Flexible assembly as:
- Circuit board for cabinet installation with screws
- DIN-rail carrier version
- Plastic housing with EX ATEX approbation

* Valve monitoring with pressure switch (option)

ΔP-Controller:
* ΔP-measuring ranges between 0 .. 25 or 0 .. 500 mbar
* 1 relay ΔP-alarm 250 V AC / 5 A
* Analog output 0(4)-20 mA on the base board

The HE 5721 filter controller (timer) is used for pulse activation of solenoid valves in air pollution control systems. The controller features various control- and monitoring functions. The ΔP-controller is included in this version.
The cleaning process can be controlled by time intervalls or DP-depended with switching thresholds resp. automatic pause-time control. The valve current is checked for open loops and short-circuits.
A mechanical valve monitoring with an optional pressure switch is possible.
The device is suitable for explosion zone 22.
